Born in Naples, Anna Chiara trained at the dance school of the Teatro San Carlo in Naples. In 2006 she joined the company of the Teatro S. Carlo in Naples directed by Elisabetta Terabust and in the same year Alberto Testa decided to award her the Positano Prize as a young emerging talent. In December 2006 she joined the corps de ballet of the Teatro alla Scala in Milan directed by Frederic Olivieri. In 2007 she joined the company of the Teatro dell'opera di Roma directed by Carla Fracci, where she immediately performed soloist and prima ballerina roles including the Russian princess, the two great swans and the pas de trois in Swan Lake, precious stones in Sleeping Beauty, the three odalisques in the ballet Scheherazade, for the ballet A Midsummer Night's Dream Paul Chalmer created for her the role of Venus, later she was cast for the role of the Candy Fairy in the ballet The Nutcracker.
But it is in October 2011 that at the Teatro Dell 'opera is staged the first Bayadere, where Anna Chiara is chosen for the leading role of Nikja . In October 2012 performed the prima ballerina role of the Street Dancer and that of Kitry friends in Don Quixotte by Messerer. Also in 2014 she performed various roles as prima ballerina and soloist in her home theater the Teatro San Carlo in Naples as: Giselle by Lyudmila Semenya. In 2016 she was chosen by Maestro M.Lavrosky for the role of Young Troubadours in the ballet Romeo and Juliet. Recently she dances the role of the Candy Fairy in The Nutcracker by Charles Jude. Other leading roles include: Queen of Hearts in Alice in Wonderland (cor. GIANLUCA Schiavoni), Echos pas de deux in the ballet Pink Floyd Ballet (cor. Roland Petit), Gymnopédies pas de deux (cor. Roland petit). Marina in the ballet Zorba the Greek (cor. L.Massine). Cinderella by G.Picone. Marguerite in the ballet Le damme delle Camelliie by Derek Deane, Hippolyta in the ballet A Midsummer Night's Dream by Paul Chalmer . Queen of the Dryads in Alexei Fadeecev's Don Quixotte, Odette/Odile in the ballet Swan Lake by P.Bart. Theme and Variations by G. Balanchine and Juliet in Romeo & Juliet by K.Macmillan.
She has also appeared in various national and international galas interpreting classical and contemporary repertoire roles such as Diana and Actaeon, Swan Lake, Flame de Paris, Raymonda, the Nutcracker Giselle, Silvia, the corsair, Alonso's Carmen suite, the Dying Swan, Sherazade, Theme and Variations, and Black stone by G.Schiavoni.
